Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary: we collect the minimum we need to contact you about Vouchly and to run the product. We don't sell your data. Full detail below.

Who we are

Vouchly (“we,” “us”) provides out-of-band verification for payment requests. This policy covers vouchlyhq.com and the Vouchly application. Questions: privacy@vouchlyhq.com.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email and any details you submit through our forms (the waitlist and the fraud-control gap report, including the answers and score you generate).

Product data (customers/partners): the information needed to verify a payment request — vendor contacts of record, request metadata, approvals, and audit records. We do not store banking credentials or full payment-authorization secrets.

Usage data:basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited, approximate location) to understand what's useful.

How we use it

To respond to you, provide and improve the product, produce your verification and audit/evidence records, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. If you gave us your email through a form, we'll use it to follow up about Vouchly — you can opt out any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for others' advertising.

Who we share with

Only the service providers we need to operate (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics), under contract and limited to what their service requires — and when required by law.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Audit records for customers are retained per the customer agreement so they remain useful as compliance evidence.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@vouchlyhq.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We'll update this page as the product grows and post the new “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to customers directly.
